- Cinotti’s Bakery will NOT reproduce any copyrighted characters unless WRITTEN consent from copyright owner is granted to Cinotti’s Bakery. We reserve the right to refuse any sale of any product for any reason. We will not create cakes, cookies, or any product involving nude figures, obscene gestures or foul language. We have a firm stance on this, so do not ask.
- Cinotti’s Bakery respects the privacy of our customers, business partners, employees and job applicants and other visitors to our websites who may choose to provide personal information. We recognize the need for appropriate protections and management of personal information that you provide to us. This Privacy Statement will assist you in understanding what types of information we may collect, how that information may be used, and with whom the information may be shared.
- Once you leave the bakery with any product, you are accepting it as an approved item. Cinotti’s Bakery is NOT responsible for any damages incurred to the product once it leaves our store as it is out of our control. If you contact us immediately, and it is during regular business hours, we will do our best to assist you in repairing the product however, there will be no refund and it may incur and additional charge.
- Any emails received during non-business hours will be answered within 2 business days. We ask for your patience in responding to emails as we do not have a permanent position next to our computers.
- Cinotti’s Bakery WILL NOT click on links sent via email. When sending photos please send it in the BODY of your email NOT as an attachment. Any photos sent as links will NOT BE OPENED!
All in-store pick up orders require a 50% deposit or are to be paid in full if the product is special order. Deposit must be made no later than 24 hours prior to pick up time or could result in termination of order. Any changes to an order must be made no later than 24 hours prior to pick up time. Cinotti’s employees work hard to ensure your order is accurate and you are happy with your purchase. Please be sure to include specifics with any order. i.e.: party theme color, recipients favorite color, shades of the color, (lime green vs. mint green), hair color, eye color, etc. All online orders for In-Store pickup are paid in advance in full online when order is placed on www.cinottisbakery.com. This includes online shipping orders of cookies. Cinotti’s strongly recommend the responsible party ordering is also the responsible party picking up the order.
Traveling with Tiered Cakes
Multi tiered cakes, ie. “Tiered Cakes” are to be handled with the utmost care! When picking up any cake it is required that it is located in an already cool vehicle and on a flat surface (NOT on the car seat where the cake will be leaning). It is also recommended that some sort of skid resistant material be used to keep the cake box from sliding when traveling. Use extreme CAUTION when driving. Stopping short will cause the cake to slide and could possibly result in the cake coming apart. If the cake is not going to be served soon upon delivery it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that the cake be refrigerated to help prevent any issues and coming apart. Fondant and special coloring are not included in this advice. Fondant will become tacky if it comes in contact with moisture and special colors may run, fade, or darken if it comes in contact with moisture.

We do offer Delivery for some cakes. The delivery fee is based on both, availability and the distance to the delivery location. Local deliveries here in the Jacksonville Beaches area start at $35 and are based upon availability.

Due to spacing and staff restrictions, Cinotti’s has temporarily ceased all birthday party reservations.
Birthday parties require two weeks advanced notice as well as a 50% deposit pending date availability. After date is confirmed and deposit is posted, all sales are final. Additions to the party may be added up to 12 hours prior to party. Cancellation of party after confirmation is approved, no refunds will be granted. In-store credit may be granted at the discretion of Cinotti’s Bakery Management.
We take pride in our desserts and cakes. If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, immediately notify us while in our store (Within 24 hours of delivery if shipping cookies) of your concern. This is why Cinotti’s recommends the pickup party have knowledge of order they are picking up. We will do anything in our power to rectify your order and have a happy client, however, some issues cannot be fixed. If the issue is a design flaw, in most cases, Cinotti’s staff can and will accommodate. WE CANNOT FIX THE PROBLEM ONCE YOU GET HOME. If there is a problem with your order, caused by Cinotti’s staff, Cinotti management will decide if a store credit is necessary. For instance, if you feel our cake is too dry and ‘nobody could eat it,’ we require you to bring back the entire uneaten portion of the cake so we may inspect it.
As talented as we may be, sometimes mistakes happen (we are human after all). CINOTTI’S does not issue full refunds for any reason. We will give you credit for the amount deemed appropriate for use toward a future purchase. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used or an in-store credit, i.e. Cinotti’s Bakery Gift Card within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Shipped cookies are delicately wrapped in bubble wrapping as we take great care in making sure they get to you just as pretty as they left us. Therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for any broken cookies caused by the shipping company. If you received a shipped order, i.e. cookies, we ask you to email pictures of any issues you may have
Order Cancellation Policy
Cinotti’s Bakery understands that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. We accept weekday cancellations by phone prior to 2:00 pm, 3 business days before your event. All changes must be handled directly with a representative of Cinotti’s Bakery and confirmed. Cinottis Bakery reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order.
Charges for cancellations after the above time will be as follows: 25% of the entire order will be charged for cancellations 48 hours prior to the event and 100% of the entire order will be charged for canceling the order after that time. It is entirely up to Cinotti’s Bakery discretion, to change or otherwise offer any other options to the customer. Special orders that are not picked up will NOT be refunded. Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to customer’s wrong information or availability will be taken back to Cinotti’s Bakery and stored until further notice from customer.
Should you require a future delivery date, you will be held responsible for an additional delivery charge. Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any cake, cupcake, baked item that is not picked up or delivered within 48 hours after the due time and you
Wedding & Grooms Cake Cancellation Policy
Wedding Cake deposits and sitting fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. Any Wedding cake orders cancelled after verbal or written confirmation is given will receive NO refunds on any payments made.
There will be a $15 Change Order fee for any changes that are requested within 24 hours of the time required.
Special Event Cake Orders
Special event decorated cakes include tiered cakes, grooms cakes, sculpted cakes and cut-out cakes. The latest time available to order a Special event cake is the Thursday prior to the weekend required at noon. If you choose to wait until the Thursday prior, acceptance of cake order is based on availability. The above Order Cancellation Policy will apply for those situations. During peak holiday season Cinotti’s Bakery reserves the right to adjust the cut-off date if orders have exceeded our production capabilities.
Cinotti’s Bakery takes great pride in all we make. Each cookie is packed for shipping as soon as the icing is dry to ensure freshness. Each bagged cookie is placed inside a bubble bag to further insure it’s safe arrival. If the cookies are damaged in shipping, we will gladly process a damage claim with FedEx. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt. The shipping company may require that the damaged cookies, box & all items included in package be picked up for inspection; so please do not discard the box, cake or any of its contents. Damage & unsuccessful deliveries are not common – ONLY 1 – 1.5 % claims are processed per season from all of the cookies we ship.
No refunds are given for incomplete or wrong addresses.
Packages left at the door – sometimes a shipper will leave the package at the door if they determine it is safe. Apartments, Condos, Dormitories, Hotels, Hospitals – shipments are usually directed to a complex office or receiving department which may result in delays. We recommend letting the recipient know they will be receiving a package so they can be on the look-out for it. No refunds are given due to this delay. No deliveries are accepted at Military Bases or P.O. Boxes. Deliveries to extended delivery areas are not guaranteed. International deliveries are not recommended because of the distance of travel for a perishable item. Cookies are perishable food items and therefore cannot be returned. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing an order. FedEx shipments occur Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays for ground delivery unless otherwise noted i.e, Next day (additional cost added onto order). Additional questions or problems may be directed to our shipping department and will be handled on individual basis according to our store policy.
Your cookies will be shipped through FedEx, weather permitting on Tuesday or Wednesday, with the exception of WEST COAST. West Coast deliveries require a four day ship time to keep your shipping cost reasonable. All cookie orders require at least a 48-hour advance order pending availability. The person you are shipping to can expect their cookies to arrive by the Friday following shipment. Cinotti’s is capable of overnight or 2 day air for cookies and will require an additional charge. Place Orders to multiple locations separately. PLEASE INFORM THE RECIPIENT TO EXPECT SHIPMENT! Delays resulting from inclement weather are not covered. Once a delivery has been attempted (a call tag left) delays resulting from setting up a second delivery attempt or pick-up are not covered.
Cinotti’s assumes responsibility for the following in reference to shipping our cookies:
1) Delayed shipment from bakery
2) Improper color scheme or cookie shape
Out of Stock Policy
Our stock fluctuates throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from vendors. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will first try to contact the customer either by phone or via email. We will give you other comparable choices to choose from.
