In this busy holiday season, we are always seeking added hands at our front counter. If you are energetic, good with people, able to stand for long periods of time and keep a positive attitude, we encourage you to fill out our application and send it in. Currently we have these positions available:
Front Counter Morning: 5:30 am to 1:30 pm (May shift slightly on busier days)

Front Counter Mid-Morning: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (May shift slightly on busier days)
Front Counter Mid-Morning: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (May shift slightly on busier days)
Front Counter Day: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (May shift slightly on busier days)

With the Mayor of Jacksonville Beach executing a mandatory evacuation notice for residents, we will be closing THURSDAY OCTOBER 8th at 2pm. We will remain closed Friday and Saturday as well. If conditions allow, Cinotti’s will reopen on Tuesday, October 11th at 6am.

As many of you may have already heard, we have an announcement to make in regards to our annual summer camp sessions for children:
It is with a heavy heart we inform you of the cessation of summer camps here in Cinotti’s Bakery. We had a fun run and hope to bring it back in the future. Please accept our apologies, we understand how much fun the children have during these sessions.

Hey there, everyone! As an entire family, we at Cinotti’s, thank you for allowing us the time off to rest and recharge after the rigorous holidays. Now that we are back, we are ready to take on the world! lol.
Shiyan has been a busy bee the past week, preparing bachelor buttons in various colors and flavors. Today, she is rolling our wedding cookies in powdered sugar, creating a special treat just for you.
Jannie is preparing delicious cupcakes in every flavor. Which one will you bring home?
Kenzie has had her fill of iced cookies already…. NOT. She loves them and is ready for whatever you toss at her, (especially turtles).
LaLa loves buttercream. She is responsible for all the amazing decorated cookies you find in our showcase.
JW has missed making soups so much, he’s been acting the fool making crazy soups and perfecting his yodel.
Sissa, she just stands around looking important and micromanaging. hehe.
